It was incredibly easy to communicate with DJ Primo and he even called the week before to ensure that he pronounced all of our wedding party names correctly. Setting up the cocktail hour, dinner, dance and intro list songs was super easy. They sent out the information via email and their program was easy to find specific songs to add to our playlist. They were easy to get in contact with if we had questions and they always responded promptly. During the reception we turned around and noticed our guests with all these fun hats on and in the corner of the dance floor. She showed us a demonstration of everything including how she would sound on the mic. She asked us personal questions such as how involved would you like me to be and what type of music fits your friends and family. The company has an online software that allows the couple to pick various dancing and dinner songs. Diane also had a very detailed timeline and went step by step. It was clear she had a great deal of experience (over 20 years!). We were able to ask her advice you might not typically ask your DJ. She also surprised us and said she takes pictures on her phone during the event. That was such a bonus!! We were able to get soooo many extra shots. A week before the event, Diane was willing to meet with us again to go over the final timeline and song selections. She was positive and extremely helpful. On the day of the event, Primo DJ (Diane) showed up super early to set up and make sure everything was perfect. She was an absolute hit. Everything went perfectly. Comment: Primo did not disappoint. He and his wife Diane were both professional and great entertainers. They were organized and prompt to remind and update us of the timeline. They were easy to get a hold of and were quick to respond. We did not encounter any problem with equipment or music at our ceremony and reception. Comment: My sister had Primo as the DJ for her wedding in 2011 and he did such a great job, I had to have him do my wedding! He and Diane do a great job of communicating and customizing the DJ/music experience to your liking. Primo was excellent at keeping the party going smoothly. He also took some photos and videos at the wedding and sent them over right away! This was nice since you don’t always get to see many photos until the photographer gets them to you however many weeks after the wedding! He and Diane also have many options for lighting and other entertainment options. Primo came very early to the venue in order to set up as he had two sound systems to set up: one for the outdoor ceremony, and then one for the indoor reception. This definitely made the transition from outside to inside very smooth! I definitely recommend Primo and Diane for your DJ party needs! Laura & James
